The Word Became Flesh

Have you ever picked up a Bible and the Lord gave you a revelation? I have. The Bible is not your average run-of-the-mill book. It’s ancient accounts of God. It is God. Have you ever been reading the Bible and then realize you have an angelic presence around you and the  on the pages are in bold letters? I have.

The LORD calls me this…….  “a short prophet with a weighty mantle” Truly, that is the Truth and is what Jesus calls me.

Let me repeat that the Bible is God. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God,” John 1:1 KJV

The fourth Gospel is different than the first three. The fourth Gospel tells of Jesus, the Son of God.

It Is Finished

We all have heard at some point the last words Jesus Christ spoke on the Cross before he died. These words are so very important because they finish something and start something else. What happened after Jesus said those three words changed the course of mankind forever.

“When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and bowed his head, and gave up the ghost ” John 19:30 KJV

The Inheritance

When Jesus took his last breath on the Cross and died, he left an inheritance. In other words, every Holy Spirit filled believer has an inheritance.

As it is the Truth, it is only Born Again Holy Spirit filled sons and daughters of the Kingdom of God that have this Inheritance.                   

In 1st Peter 1:4, in the Bible, Peter, one of the twelve disciples of Jesus writes this,

What comes next is absolutely amazing also,

“Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. Where ye greatly rejoice, though for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: that the trial of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perisheth, though it be tried by fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: 1 Peter 5:7 KJV

The knowledge that as a Born Again Holy Spirit Filled Believer, that your inheritance is guaranteed, and, that you also are protected by God on earth as it is in heaven. This is something one can not pretend to have and it should be comfort in the trials that you face. For suffering is a part of our lives.

We are in the last days, Peter refers also to the appearing of Jesus Christ. Be Encouraged. For suffering is part of it all, stay strong and I pray that you endure and walk through every     firery trial. Amen!!
