Tabernacle Of God

In the Book of Exodus, Moses is given these instructions,

“And the LORD spake to Moses,saying, On the first day of the first month shalt thou set up the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation. And thou shalt put therein the ark of the testimony, and cover the ark with the vail.” Exodus 40:1-3 KJV

“For the cloud of the LORD was upon the tabernacle by day, and fire was on it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel through out all their journeys.” Exodus 40:38

The tabernacle is what God gave Moses instructions to build in Exodus. The chapters of 25-31, and 35-40, are where you will find all the instructions Moses got. For those who aren’t familiar with what a tabernacle is, it is the dwelling place of God.

In the Old Testament, when the Exodus of the Jewish people happened, God needed a dwelling place. God had not poured out His Spirit, Holy Spirit, on all flesh yet, so he needed a place to dwell among the people while they were in the desert heading for the promise land.

An Open Eyed Vision Of The Tabernacle On A Cloud

In the summer of 2020, I was in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. I had just bought a car and was getting ready to go to Arizona. The covid travel ban had been lifted so I was ready to go.

I was sitting outside where I had been staying, when I looked to my left and saw dark rain clouds forming. It did begin to sprinkle, both in the natural and in the spirit. It’s pretty cool when they both are that close to each other. I then started to go in, I stood up from the chair I was sitting in, and an Angel of the Lord prompted me to sit back down.  My eyes were then directed to the right slightly, and there in the spirit I saw…the Tabernacle of God, sitting on top of a cloud moving towards me. It was coming down, descending. The tabernacle was truly on top of a cloud and very very big.  It was Ezekiel’s Temple, which represents the presence of God.

The Millennial Reign Of Jesus

We are fast approaching the Millennial Reign of Christ. The scripture above tells us how Jesus left this earth after he was resurrected. The Disciples were witnesses to that. In the same manner will Jesus return. The Book of Acts continues with this promise.

“And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.” Acts 2:10-11

There is also a particular prophecy that has to come to pass before Jesus returns for the 1000 year, or, as it’s called, The Millennial Reign Of Christ. It’s in the Book of Isaiah and it says this…

“In that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and Assyria, even a blessing in the midst of the land:” Isaiah 19:24

satan is Bound In The Abyss

“And he laid hold on the dragon, that ole serpent, which is the Devil, and satan, and bound him a thousand years, and cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should decieve the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed for a little season.” Revelation 20:2-3

Hooray!!  What an exciting time that will be. An Angel of the Lord is sent to lock satan up for 1000 years. It’s getting exciting for sure.

Just remember, the times we are in are an indication that Jesus will be coming soon. What a glorious day indeed!!
